The way up of the promising young producer and occasional DJ Sam Štefanec (which is hiding under the alter ego Bulp) was steep. He released his debut single in the middle of last year and in the fall, the first Ep Endian came out – and that was enough to get the most prestigious Slovak awards Radio Head Award for the Newcomer of the Year. One of the greatest talents of the contemporary Slovak electronic scene played piano already as a child and met the first music software in his eleven years of age. The melodic lines are undeniable inspired by Mount Kimbie or Bonobo, while the striking rhythms are inspired by Moderat. And even the largest Slovak festival Pohoda did not hesitate with its invitation.
