L’Aupaire (DE)

In 2013, the singer and multi-instrumentalist Robert Laupert packed all his stuff in the car and moved to Budapest. The result of the temporary voluntary isolation was a bunch of new songs and the EP named Rollercoaster Girl. With a voice of “somewhere between Bob Dylan and Tom Waits”, he sings compelling stories wrapped in blues simplicity and strong, sometimes poppy tunes. His catchy and natural songwriting also led him to the festival South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, Texas, to a favor of his colleagues from Feist to Jamie Lidell, and then to dozens of concerts around the world. Will the audience in Prague fall in love with him?
